The latest acquisition of the PPA CONTROLL group is the company ENERGO CONTROL sro, which brings new know-how and professional capacities to the group ecosystem for further successful projects.
From the perspective of the company's life cycle, our group is currently in a phase of development and growth. This is evidenced not only by the economic results with an annual upward trend, the introduced changes in internal processes and the implementation of new systems, but also by the acquisition of new, previously inaccessible markets and segments in which we have succeeded. Our efforts to maintain and intensify growth have contributed to the development of a development plan, which we have called "Strategy 2027".
Knowledge acquisition
One of the goals of the adopted strategy within the 4th pillar is the development of segments and services with the strengthening of our own competencies, which allows the group to move into new market segments and provide new services. The development of our own know-how is possible relatively quickly, through acquisitions. This involves acquiring a company into the group's portfolio that will have specialized and necessary knowledge and experience in the field of SKR, which represents a great benefit in the field of implementing technological projects. It was during this autumn that the PPA CONTROLL group decided to take advantage of the opportunity in which it succeeded. Through the acquisition, the company ENERGO CONTROL sro joined the group's portfolio, which, in addition to competencies, also brings an expansion of design, programming and production capacities for project implementation.

Through cooperation, it can better and more effectively respond to the dynamic challenges of the industry, bring innovations, greater flexibility of technical solutions and even greater value for our customers. About ENERGO CONTROL sro
The company ENERGO CONTROL sro historically emerged from ZPA, as did PPA CONTROLL, as. In the early 90s, it became independent under the name REGULA Košice and focused mainly on the area of SKR and NN. The company ENERGO CONTROL sro was established at the end of 2001, with its main activities extending to the area of technological process control, turbines, power plants, heating plants and various special industry technologies, as well as in operational power distribution, communication interfaces and networks of various levels and types. Among its most important clients on the domestic market are US Steel Košice, Mondi SCP Ružomberok, thermal power plant Vojany, Johns Manville and many others. It has also implemented several projects in Cuba, including projects such as Matanzas, Cienfuegos, Nuevitas, Mariel and the like. In the years 2011 - 2015, it cooperated with our subsidiary PPA INŽINIERING, sro on a project for the extensive reconstruction of the damaged Unit 5 of the Planta Centro Power Plant in Venezuela.
Within the PPA CONTROLL group, ENERGO CONTROL sro remains an independent entity, which will be managed and commercially under the subsidiary PPA INŽINIERING, sro.
