We have been designing, manufacturing, supplying and servicing LV electrical switchgear for almost 30 years. In order to stay ahead of the competition and meet customer requirements, it was necessary to expand our offer with another manufacturer of withdrawable switchgear, Siemens.
We specifically needed the Sivacon S8 type for our switchgear portfolio, which is mainly installed in operations where it is necessary to minimize downtime in the event of a failure. Individual Sivacon S8 modules are quickly replaceable, so downtime is reduced to the necessary minimum.
Until recently, our company offered this type of switchgear only from Logstrup, with whom we even jointly developed seismically resistant switchgear cabinets, also installed in nuclear power plants.
Successful certification
In order to be authorized to install this type of switchgear, it was necessary to obtain a certificate that would allow us to design, install and operate these devices. The entire certification process took place under the difficult conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic and was completed in early 2022 with the receipt of the certificate.
