WITHDRAWABLE DISTRIBUTORS
Withdrawable switchboards represent a modern trend in the design of switchboards for indoor environments. They are primarily intended for withdrawable design, but they can be made in fixed or combined versions. They are mainly used in applications with continuous operation or in places where maximum emphasis is placed on the functionality of the system with the shortest possible time to eliminate possible faults, without the need to shut down the entire switchboard.
When designing withdrawable switchgear, great emphasis is placed on the personal safety of the operator:
arc flash protection system (exhaust dampers above the main bus system, gas extraction from fixed and withdrawable blocks, partitions between individual fields, additional door locks, etc.)
blocking of pull-out modules against pulling out when switched on
The internal protection of the switchgear, even after removing the withdrawable blocks, is IP20.
quick replacement of the pull-out module
elimination of a fault on the outlet without the need to shut down the entire switchboard/system
possibility of testing the outlet without operating restrictions
possibility of modifying the outlet without the need to restrict operation
